The Commissioner also explained that though Mr. Stow has not followed procedure and it <br /> should not be considered precedence for others. She felt most other townspeople were considerate of <br /> their neighbors and followed proper procedure. Mr. Albert Lawton stood to make an abutter comment. He <br /> did try to present photos not pertaining to the hearing and was asked to stick to the topic at hand. He <br /> stated that he had nothing further in regards to the wall. The Agent recommended a negative <br /> determination. <br /> Motion made,seconded and unanimously carried for a Negative Determination. <br /> 7:18 p.m..Martin and Betsy Solomon, RDA A—1 opp nessett Island rid <br /> (Remove ove existing deck and lattice and replace with new screen porch in existing footprint with the <br /> addition of one sonatue. <br /> Diane stood to represent the applicants. The Agent explained to the Commission that the area is disturbed, and there is no impact <br /> that he can see with this project as It is in the sane footprint.
