Chapter 13 11, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the I ashpee Town I aM on <br /> Bch 20, 2008, at 7:39 PM on the application of Robyn Laukien, to demolish and <br /> rebuild a new single farm ly borne, stone driveway, ut ities, Title v septic system, patio, <br /> pool with apron, and landscaping with associated appurtenances at 50 Waterway, <br /> Assessors Map 10 Bloch 209. <br /> In accordance With the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mhpe.Conservation <br /> Con nission. <br /> John J. Fitzsmmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and :00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wiff be published at <br /> bast five days In advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
