Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02645 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, ' and Chapter 131, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, the public hearing will be held on March 20, 2008, at <br /> 7:33 Pe ri at the Mashpee ee Town Hall on the application of David Jaye to Amend the order <br /> of Conditions for S -2437 for landscaping at 40 Popponesset Island Road, Assessors <br /> Map 106, Block 27. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Cha*rma.n <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Concession between the hours of :00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: lobe of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted In 'down Hall not less than forty-eight 48 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional. <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
