Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Torn of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands,, and Chapter' 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be held on September 18, 2008, at <br /> 7:45 PM at the Mashpee Town Sall on the application of Evan and Susan Rangel to <br /> Amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-2524 to ally the bump out to have a <br /> foundation underneath and on Special Condition #3 o remove the words "under the <br /> proposed cantilevered portion of the bump outs at 762 Cotuit Road, Assessors Map 3, <br /> Block 14. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fit sirmon <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Conunission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:001, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published t <br /> least fare days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hail not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Enviromnental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
