■ <br /> Town .of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road forth <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Totem on <br /> October 21, 2008, a 7:09 PM on the application of Stephen and Mary Lempitski to <br /> construct, license, and maintain in perpetuity a pier, ramp, and float at 102 Captains Row <br /> Assessors Map 96 Block 14. <br /> In accordance With the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-sight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Envirommental Protection Re <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
