Town , <br /> i <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> �LE 508-539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Taws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> October 162 Zoo , at 7:54 PIS on the application of Richard Ivey, to construct and <br /> maintain a vinyl c-lock erosion protection retaining wall seaward of the existing stone <br /> wall at 429 Monomoscoy Road, Assessors Map 124 Block 54. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Lx7 <br /> Cornnussion. :A <br /> John J. Pitsinons <br /> C <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Conuriss:on between the hours of 8-600 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wiU be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times, Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town HaH not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You, may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
