Townof Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> ., Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and -Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, the public hearing will be held on November 6, 2008, at <br /> 7:45 PM at the Mashpee Town Hall on the application of New Seabury Properties t <br /> Amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-2389 for vista pruning with maintenance in <br /> perpetuity at 24 Flat Pond Circle, Assessors Map 131 Block 6. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman 5. <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 5:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE; Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee hpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
