Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Tori Hall on <br /> November 201 2008, at 7:09 PM on the application of Carol AuguAyniak, to demolish <br /> and rebuild a new single family hone, Title v septic system, utilities, driveway, <br /> landscaping, pool, replace deck with stone patio, and associated appurtenances at 52 <br /> Spoondrift way, Assessors Map 112 Block 36. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> Jahn J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the .Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Tunes. Notice will <br /> also be hosted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
