Plants that have not grown in a controlled <br /> salinity risk dying off when placed on the structure. Mr. Borselli suggested that the DEP prefers that <br /> applicants explore alternatives to hard solutions. Mr. Borselli also offered the applicant's willingness to <br /> provide reports and photographs as part of the conditions for approval of the application. The slice-Chair <br /> questioned the consequences if the structure fails to which Mr. Borselli stated that logs can break dowry, <br /> roll forward and Tat if not properly staled. The product was designed to biodegrade,but in a time frame <br /> that would allow for the planting to take root.
