flood zone is B23 which involves Chapter 91 and they will also need a LAS Army Corps of Engineers permit <br /> which they have filed for. As New Seabury owns the easement along the entire front,they were required to <br /> sign the NOI along with the proper owners,Mr. Williams and Mr. Segal. This gives their authorization to <br /> proceed so that BSC would have an access agreement with there to repair the sea galls that are required to be <br /> maintained under SE 43-604 and its superceding Order of Conditions issued by DEP. <br /> Chaim an Fitzsimmons asked Mr. Hayes if they would need to build a road again in which Mr. Hayes replied <br /> that they would not.
