Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Minutes of April 1, 201 <br /> Public Hearings <br /> I ashpee Town Hall <br /> Commissioners: vice Chairman Ralph Shaw, Lloyd Allen, Jeffrey Cross, Brad Sweet, Mark Gurnee <br /> Staff Present: Drew McManus (Conservation Agent) and Iris Carpenter(Administrative secretary) <br /> The meeting was called to order with a quorum by Vice Chairman Shaw at 6:55 pm. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> Pre/Post Hearing Agenda <br /> 1 Approval of Minutes from 3/18110 <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the minutes of March 18, 2010. <br /> 2 Administrative Approval: SE 3-2579 1 Bowsprit Road)—Aber& Realign Boardwalk, Parking <br /> Area and Low Boulder Wall. <br /> Applicable Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Coastal Bank <br /> Anne Lucius from Keith LeBlanc Landscape Architecture represented the homeowner and is requesting <br /> three revisions to the original plan of record. The first change is to realign the boardwalk to create a <br /> more direct route which will result in less square footage of coverage. The second revision will be to <br /> realign the edge of the,parking area to accommodate the transition of the boardwalk.- The last revision <br /> is to remove and reset some of the brick paving on the southeast side of the house due to the slight <br /> grading and they will place a low 12-18!' boulder wall-so as not to cover eisting tree roots with fill. <br /> a , <br /> Agent McManus states that all changes are within the pre-approved work limit. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the Administrative Request of SE <br /> 3-2579. <br /> 3 !Updates: <br /> MACC E-Newsletter—Agent McManus would like to check to make sure everyone has been <br /> receivingjhe.newsletters aria email and mentions some training that was in the latest publication <br /> which he would recommend signing up for. <br /> • <br /> Garney Farlpy site Visit—The date for the site visit has not been finalized as of yet because of <br /> pending return r f{phairman Fitzsimmons.
