They would like to grade a small area and put a storage container there. Mr. Gurnee mentions that the plan looks <br /> like it is more than ' but Mr. Talbot says it is slightly under g'. Chairman Fitzsimmons questions <br /> the reason why this project is not subject to a new II and Agent McManus informs him that the <br /> original NOi is still open and includes mitigation and landscaping.
