Mr. Shaw asks hover the language should be stated on the fine. Chairman Fitzsimmons would like to confirm that <br /> even though Mr. Fields spousesigned-for the certified letters that he will still be held responsible and Agent <br /> McManus states that the homeowner is' the trustee who is Mr. Field's spouse. Chairman Fitzsimmons also <br /> commented that he believes that Mr. Field was aware of the deck and that he didn't do what was supposed <br /> to be done. He says that is a very important point in terms of being right in fining hire and he is comfortable <br /> following the lead of the Town Counsel and Torn Manager. Mr. Sweet suggests $75/day which will keep <br /> total under$10,000. The Agent will consult with the Town Clerk's office in-regards to issuing the citation with <br /> the actual amount and date to be paid.
