The pond is treated annually for <br /> aquatic plantings. ,Agent McManus states that this type of ongoing treatment typically include <br /> Maintenance in Perpetuity but this one did not so they are asking for this amendment before the <br /> Orders expire. The pond is treated with DEP approved chemicals for submerged aquatics.
