Letter was received in regards to the percolation <br /> test that was taken, It stated that a percolationtest was <br /> of performed due to the water being so high. Mr. Decoteau <br /> in a letter stated that the septic system would have to be <br /> more to a different location. It could not be put in where <br /> it was started.
