The amount requested will be used for housing of <br /> equipment used in the D.is e al Area and for extensions , <br /> of the fence around the area in accordance with State <br /> regulations governing the use of Dispesal Area, <br /> #5. e cost of foundation d movement of building t <br /> the site amounts t $2237.00. We had thought that <br /> the Town Meeting had voted the Board of Health the <br /> sum o $3500,00 for this purpose. Acting on that <br /> assumption we accepted a bid of $1637.00 with an <br /> extra cost of $600.00; the extra cost is for ad just-w <br /> ng the f oundat ion to f it the equipment that will be <br /> hused therein. <br /> We believe the extra monies can be transferred <br /> from the Engineering Account whic ontains $10000.00 <br /> f which $7000.00 is being used for the Disposal Area <br /> laming program which would leave $3000.00from which <br /> we could use $2500.00 for the building and fencing <br /> requirements* <br /> All members were present at the meeting, <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Harriett Ce Daly, Clerk <br />
