H, Hackett $5*00 <br /> Plumbing permit #42 .s ue d to Howard Monroe $14.00 <br /> This is in reference to letter from the Departamebt of the <br /> Attorney General. , Environmental Division written 21 No `. 177 <br /> and received in the MashFee Board of Health office, November <br /> 30, 1977• <br /> The letter is in regard to the disp sql of solid wastes at the Mashpee <br /> Landfill .i and a request for appropriate legal action. <br /> Following is letter written to M rris Kir ner requesting <br /> advice in the conduct of the hearing 'n this matter. <br /> Dorris Kirsner Esq* 28 November 1977 <br /> 89 State Street <br /> Boston, lea. 02109 <br /> Lndfill-Sol id wastes <br /> Dear Mr Kirsner <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the latest correspondence we have <br /> received from . . . . Charles F. Buckingham, Chairman of <br /> the Board of Health, would lie you to draft a preamble to <br /> open the hearing which has tentatively scheduled for Wednesday <br /> January 4, 1978. Hearing date will be from after his Board <br /> meets this Wednesday, 30 November 1977) <br /> In addition to this, Mr. Buckingham would like you to <br /> know to the best of his knowledge, all cape towns discharge <br /> their septic into the ground, except a part of Falmouth, <br /> Barnstable and Chatham. <br /> Your assistance and guidance will be appreciated. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> B.
