This regulation pertains to the requirement <br /> for fire protection at the Disposal Area. <br /> Reference : Copy of letter on File. <br /> On Monday, 19 December 1978, Mr. Buckingham met with R. <br /> Dever g i l i o, soil Conservationist at the Cape Cod Conservation <br /> District office in Yarmouthport to view and discuss with him <br /> the soil survey of the Mahpee River Corridor which includes <br /> the Disposal Area. Mr. Deverg, lio- will send a written rep rt <br /> of the s.C.s findings to the Board, In relation to this <br /> the Board of Health has requested of the Executive Secretary <br /> of Town of I ashpee, the Hydrological <br /> surrey map which the U.S.G.S. has supplied the Tpwn. We will <br /> use the combination of these map findings to assist us to comply <br /> with the D.B. * ? directive for a geol hydrolic study of the <br /> disposal Area. <br /> The Board has applied for a transfer of funds in the amount <br /> of $214.24 from the Finance Committee. The money will be used <br /> in acquiring fencing for the enclosure of the Sanitary Pits at <br /> the Disposal Area.
