LaButet 100000 <br /> Mr. Buckingham reported on things he had done since the last meeting, <br /> He met with Mr, Hall and his Engineer in regards to difficulty Mr. <br /> Hall is having with his water table and septic system. Mr, Hall <br /> agreed the system,will be upgraded to comply with state laws. <br /> Mr. Buckingham talked with #r. Holmes about a house on surf Dr. <br /> in Seabrook Village. The owner is Mr. Levi and lir. Holmes is <br /> draWi g up the plans for the house and Board of Health will be <br /> getting the plans, <br /> septic system compaint was received on 60 Hemlock Dr. , owner <br /> James Connally. His septic tank was put in without any crushed <br /> stone around it and the grater table is high. Problem seems to be <br /> poor drainage. He has decided to move the tank to a new location <br /> and put crushed stone around it. <br /> Dog officer, James Ames came '.n and discussed the dog kennel beat .on. <br /> Board informed him the DEQE was in favor of its location and he wants <br /> to know where is a place to put it o be needs a septic system <br /> too and what can be done.- The Board discussed it and told Mr. Ames <br /> to talk with the Selectmen and see if they can come up with some idea. <br /> Ms. Nancy R ncetti met with the Board to report on the eating <br /> esta . sheets that she had inspected. "there were a few groes <br /> and Board is to do a follow up inspection on a two week basis. <br /> Wilbur Oakley, John LeBel and Tows, Counsel met with the Board in r <br /> regards to Wilbur completing his work and being in agreement with <br /> all concerned Town Counsel informed the Board that due to Wil urs <br /> contractor on fuel cost they would have to make the determination <br /> and vote of the cost of fuel back to June 175 and Wilbur stated that <br /> e would bring to them an itemized bill for it, Wilbur stated that <br /> he would have his area all covered by 7 13/78 P.M. and it was agreed <br /> k upon by Board and present contractor. At that time Board agreed to <br /> turn in his vouchers they were holding for pay.
