Buckingham outlined duties of position. Mr. Hartis is a retired <br /> Sanitary Engineer. <br /> `I d- bids for lagoons and hydrolic study. Holmes thought I.E.T. , McGuire, <br /> and Goldberg were the best thought Hennigan was too high. <br /> Health gent San xta ian-I r. Buckingham read job description and stated that we <br /> should stay as close to ,it as possible. <br /> Mr. Lawrence stated where it was only part time he didn't think we needed t <br /> pair strict attention to the job description. Mr. Buckingham called for a vote. <br /> The vote was two to one for Anderson(Lawrence and Wilson). Mr. Buckingham was <br /> opposed would vote for George A.
