i <br /> Hearing for Wilbur A. Oakley for purpose of assignment as a disposal <br /> area January 3, 1980 at 2:00 P. M. <br /> Chairman to Mr. Oakley regarding plans. Mr. Oakley replied that plans <br /> are being drawn by (Cape Tip Engineering Co. Mr. Rodgers. ) 4 borings <br /> taken. Plans are not here at this time Mr. Oakley hopes to have them <br /> by late afternoon or shortly thereafter. <br /> Mr. Princi representing Mr. James Lebel-no plans here ask if Mr. Oakley <br /> or Board can request a continuance. Mr. Oakley requested a continuance <br /> to the 3rd of February 1980. <br /> Mashpee Board of Health granted a continuance until the 3rd of February <br /> 1980. <br /> Mr. Princi asked about a cease and desist order on Dumping told in effect <br /> with Court order-notes that he saw enroute a truck dumping-Wilbur says <br /> only loam. Mr. Princi then said he alters his statement to say stumps <br /> being dumped. <br /> In attendance Mr. Charles H. Lawrence, Mr. Charles r Buckingham, Yr. <br /> Roland L. Wilson, Mrs. Leonore C. Anderson, Mr. Richardson Jonas, Ms. <br /> Rita MacDonald, Mr. Princi, ?t Mss Lucinda Lashley. <br /> Board of Health <br /> Charles F. Buckingham <br /> Clerk <br /> 40 <br />
