MINUTES OF THE .B A .D OF HEALTH April 15, 1981 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.Ma by Charles F. Buckingham. <br /> Letter was read from New Seabury Corp. Board decided not to act on it <br /> until an as built plan is submitted and a letter received from DQE. <br /> Also to discuss letter with all Board members present. <br /> Memo from executive secretary Re: Dui is of the n ew clerk. Board <br /> rd <br /> instructed memo be sent to the Excutive Secretary inquiring if his memo <br /> means that the new clerk will not do any work for the Board of Health. <br /> School Nurse report was read and accepted as read. <br /> Letter to Mr. Robert J8hnson.,dh <br /> We are awaiting review by DQE for variance which the Board has <br /> issued in regards to SectionII, Maushop Village. I believe you <br /> must agree ttat a septic plan cannot e-A-n compliance with <br /> Title v if variance from that title is requested. We would <br /> again remand you of our agreement with Mr. Burden, Hayes <br /> Engineering and attr, Selma Rollins for the receipt of as built <br /> plans fo Phase I, Maushop before work was to be contemplated <br /> in Phase II. <br /> Agent gave a report on the meeting attended in Boston in regards to <br /> advertising for bids on disposal building, <br /> Letter of thank you for a the good report done by the Johns Fond study <br /> committee. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at :3 P-Me <br /> Roland Wilson and Charles F. Buckingham were present at the meeting, <br /> Charles H. Lawrence was absent attending a meeting in Boston. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Charles F.
