They waaa U d me to go <br /> into the house and inform them if J thought there was a health hazard. <br /> I entered the house around 7445, ' -found as entering the house, o the right <br /> was a kitchen- area with bags of what appeared to be r bb*sh and empty bottles <br /> and opened food containers. Then down hall to left of door founa a room which <br /> at one time was a. den. In the center o this room eras woman s tas di ver <br /> shaky on her feet - all.around this Froman was newspapers, magazines old food <br /> rags- everything in this room reeked of human and anima. excretion. I tried <br /> to get this woman to go to the hospital for treatment but she kept re zsing <br /> ..to go. This woman seemed to me to be intoxicated had' jaundice - and eche a <br /> all of which should be taken care of. <br /> I advised her also that she was living in a real health hazard and that she <br /> should have the place cleaned out as it was unfit for human habitation, <br /> I requested the Fire Chief be called also as she had lamps lay-ing oh the soda. <br /> lit and without a. shade, also another lamp on a pile of papers and r also <br /> p � <br /> lit without a shade. <br /> Where was-a. young -t e enage r-Mi ch a.e1 Murphy who also lived there which the <br /> police Dept* turned over to the youth service. <br /> In my opinion this woman needs help, <br /> Maybe outreach could be called 1.n. 563-2263 <br /> They have been trained to deal with special problems of this nature. <br /> i <br />
