At the last hearing, M . <br /> Fitzgibbon asked for a continuance in order to provide a new design to attach the main <br /> dwelling and the detached three car garage with the bedroom above that she-is currently <br /> requesting be legalized into an accessory structure. The current zoning requires the <br /> accessory structure, which is presently a detached three-car garage with a morn over, t <br /> be attached to the main dwelling. Ms. Fitzgibbon has presented the Board with drawings <br /> showing a proposal to attach the structures. The Board 1s in agreement with the <br /> renderings and she will move forward with finished architectural drawings. The Board <br /> roves to grant the Special Permit conditioned on the finished drawings and meeting all <br /> f the building codes per buss Wheeler. No construction shall commence prior t <br /> drawings being submitted to the Board. The motion is seconded. So moved. <br /> NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Michael Intcia: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-2L of the ,honing <br /> By-laws in order to modify an existing fixed pier and float and construct a walkway <br /> connecting the yard directly with the pier on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> 13 4 Poppones set Island Road (Map 112 Parcel Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward G v ni, Robert Felson and Marshall l rem. <br /> Arlene Wilson from AM Wilson Associates represents the petitioner. They are seeking a <br /> Special Permit for a pier, ramp and float to build ars elevated walkway to the existing pier <br /> and change the float position to pull the berthing space six feet closer to the shore. The <br /> float will be 602 square feet and will be 90 degrees parallel to the shore. The Board <br /> moves to grant the Special Permit. The motion is seconded. All agree.
