Mr. Quinn describes the chain of deeds <br /> and ownership ofthe lot, which he has u mitt d for the record. The lot has been <br /> assessed and taxed as a separate and buildable lot. He is proposing a 2-bedroom house to <br /> be put in the hack end of the lot. It is determined that lir.
