The request for a variance from Section 174-33 has been stricken and will not <br /> be necessary. Mr. Regan notes that there are 12 letters of support in the file from <br /> neighbors'and abutters. A new septic system will be installed which is a plus to the <br /> neighborhood. Mr. Brenn proves to grant the Special Permit and variance, Mr. Nelson <br /> seconds the motions. All agree. So moved. There is a -foot variance on the side, a '3.9- <br /> foot <br /> 3. - <br /> foot variance in the front and a 2.7% lot coverage variance. They have received conservation approval. The Board mentions that a new <br /> dwelling will be an improvement to the neighborhood. Zella Eli en erry moves to grant <br /> the Special Permit and the Variance. Richard Duerr ra seconds the motions. All agree. <br /> So moved. Granted were a -foot variance in the front and a -footage variance (for <br /> street frontage). Reference criteria 9 1,2, 3 and 4. <br />
