Clerk Robert Nelson was present along <br /> with.Associate Members Marshall Brenn and Richard Guerrera. <br /> Robert Nelson brought the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br /> The first order of business was to inform the audience of the continuance of the <br /> informational meeting Attorney Michael Dunning was to present regarding Southport. <br /> Due to a Gluon n problem, the Board felt it best to continue the matter to October 22, <br /> 2003 so that a full Board would be present. Mr. Regan was unable to attend to a family <br /> situation and IVIS. Eli enberry was unable to attend clue to a medical appointment. Mr. <br /> Nelson also made a notion to continue the l; imeo matter at 75 Fopponessett Island Road <br /> per the request of their engineer so that a meeting with Conservation may tale place. Mr. <br /> Brenn seconds the motion. All agree. So continued. <br /> John Pellegrini: Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws in <br /> order to vary the front setback requirements, lot size and relief from contiguous lot <br /> ownership to build a house on property located in an F -5 zoning district at 25 Iondie <br /> Avenue Map 5 8 Parcel 77 1Vlashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Due to the Jule of Necessity, Marshall Brem, who was present for the last two <br /> hearings on the Pellegrini matter, will now sit. Marshall Brem, Robert Felson and <br /> Richard Guerrera. <br /> Attorney Mathew Dupuy represents his client for this continued hearing. This is the third <br /> time this natter has come before the Board in order to figure out the tax matters at hand. <br /> Mr. Brenn had previously agreed to look into was the assessed taxes were actually for on <br /> the tax bills for 25 Pondview Ave. He has come to find out they are betterments and Mr. <br /> Dupuy agrees. The discussion of the value of the lot continues. Mr. Breen reiterates that <br /> full taxes have not been paid on this lot. He mentions that he has walked this lot seven jqd <br /> ; <br /> times and does not know why this lot has not been assessed at full value as it is no J0 <br /> different from any ofthe adjacent lots.
