i <br /> Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes <br /> I October 22, 2003 <br /> TOWN of MASHPE <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes - Wednesday, October 22, 2003 <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PAR T OF THE HEARING:IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONL <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of,Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, October 22, <br /> 2003 at :00 P.M. at the l lashpee Town Hall. vice Chairman .fames Regan and Clerk <br /> Robert Nelson were present along with Associate Members Marshall Brern, Zella <br /> lienbrry and Richard Guerrera. <br /> Mr. began opened the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br /> The first order of business was an informal discussion with Attorney Michael gunning, { <br /> Dunning & Iirrane regarding Southport. <br /> Michael Dunning introduced himself to the Board and informed them that he has been <br /> with Southport since its inception 18 years ago. He and his clients, Mr. Ikon Bonvie and <br /> Mr. Les Trinnen are present and will be available for any questions anyone may have. <br /> He informs the Board that they have met with the Planning Board last week and are now <br /> in front of this Board to express the fact that they are familiar with the expressed <br /> concerns from all parties involved. They will wort with everyone to resolve all matters as <br /> quickly as possible. Mr. Dunning plans to determine what exits vs. what is on the <br /> modified site plan. He concedes that certain things in Southport were done without <br /> approval from the necessary Town Boards and would life to apologize for that. They <br /> intend to show as-hilts and future plans and then format the differences in such <br /> manner as can be easily understood by everyone. The time table for this should be about <br /> one week and they expect to file and comply with the memo that the ZBA and Planning <br /> Board adopted. They will proceed with a Public Hearing if that is what is required. Mr. <br /> Dunning would lite to inform the Burd that his clients appreciate the certificate of <br /> occupancy's that Mr. Wheeler has issued and intends to issue on the units referenced in <br /> the memo. He also indicates that bonds will be posted and will be determined after the <br /> plans are developed. <br /> Ron Bonvi : Mr. B n ie informs the Burd about the road issue and tells therm that all is <br /> complete as planned and presented, the DPW is ok and they are now trying to go before <br /> the Selectmen. Marshall Brem asks for a date to be given. There is discussion about how <br /> long things will tape and it really depends on the plans being completed. Mr. Bonvie <br /> informs them of how in-depth the plans are and extremely specific so they are very time <br /> consuming to produce. Mr. Brenn would lite to make a site visit with no more than <br /> people from Southport who would represent the group.
