After much discussion with the Board it <br /> was determined that the building department incorrectly informed Mr. Cole that he <br /> needed a Special Permit for this project. The proposed structure is not attached to the <br /> main dwelling. The lot was approved for a 3-bedroom house and this new structure with <br /> the bedroom would total 3 bedrooms. The Board further informs Mr. Cole that he can <br /> have everything in a kitchen except an oven without needing a permit. Mr. Wheeler tells <br /> Mr. Cole that he can build this structure as long as he does not install an oven. The <br /> Board decides to withdraw his petition since it is not necessary. All agree.
