Mr. Buckingham a gave a report to the BDH on a. meeting withStelev reps, himself. and J.Murphy inre the proposed regional plant, it seemed that a, smaller plant is being contem- plated with Ma.s pee, Bar astable, arrnout , and Dennis with the possibility of sand.w�ic t would seem as though the Town of Mas pee would be the logic mph al location for the facility.9with Sandwich a second possible. The site locatil ion would give the Town a Free ride for tip fees but would require the use of a transfer station which we would have to f inance however this would give the town a recycle or reclaim possi+bi lityoAlso there will be a Selectmans sub-comm. fonned to deal vitin the Base and Electric company from their view the County would be then in a position to get State Assis. for legal,eng .neer and economic policies.T e BDH would be the assigning body as req.'by law.
