Lawrence opened the meeting at 6: 2 - ,M, The minutes of March 12, 1984 was <br /> reviewed by the two members, and they were accepted and approved as presented. <br /> A letter~ from the Children's Services, of Poca sed reques-ting that the Board re- <br /> quest $3,000,00 for the Town of Ma i ee' - sha. e .dor services, This should be <br /> presented at the corning annual town meeting for Grote. A breakdown of the services <br /> that are available was also submitted. Mr. Devi e ass-ured the board he mould keep on top of it <br /> from now on, fir.-De Vii e thanked the board for their consideration in the extension, <br /> Mr. Wilson made a mot .on to approve the -extension for all ten permits for 6 months. <br /> it was so approved by the board present. Mr. Lawrence .indicated to Mr. e�ine that <br /> a letter wi i l be sent to him approvIn g the extension. <br /> Mr~, Banter from Baxter and Nye Surveyor and Engineers' presented plans for S.1 vi-a.- <br /> and Silvia (septic plans and detaIls) on Route 28. Both members reviewed the 'plans <br /> along with Mfr. Silvia, Mr, Baxter and Mr, e. There will be four buildings. Two <br /> wells will be 100' away from the septic system. There wi i i be 5 gstems for the <br /> four buildings. Phere will be no tonic substance there. The buildings will be used <br /> for a carpentry shop,, mental ,shops for Space- = for pegs ns 11 e electricians plumbers, <br /> etc. A permit was signed and released from the Boa-rd of Health for these systems. <br /> The perad t .included a check in the amount of $2.50,00 for the five systems,tem . <br />
