Approval of minutes of 4130184 meeting Buckingham feat that the minutes were <br /> incomplete, A motion was made b -ucki gham to amend the minutes to add - ""the <br /> Board had a polling of the -.board members to go ,into Executive session and it eras voted <br /> unani.mously to go into executive 'session for theur ose of discussing the Lumsden <br /> matter currently under litigation, The motion was seconded, So moved. The board has had several complaints regarding <br /> cesspool on the O'Neil property --(825. Heath Way) . Nothing has been as yet. Police de- <br /> livered letter to ME. O'Neil on 41231 The Board has asked the Agent. to red tap' the <br /> property if nothing has not been down to -make any corrections <br /> • Copy of Agreement with stop axed Sampson - -C, uckingham -sees no probl6ms .with the <br /> agreement,, but that it is incomplete. A -memo should be left or see Mr. -Reardon. it <br /> is urgent that the agreement be signed as soon as .possible so the -work can be done - <br /> (Ground water discharge) <br /> . Request for Variance ance -- Robert DeLory Mr, DeLory requested a Variance arae ori a leaching <br /> system from 751 to 501 on' .Iot 528 534 as discussed in a ,prior 'meeting. The board still <br /> does not go along with the plan. Mr. Delory haat submitted the new plans only this evening <br /> earlier. The members rs haven't had a chance to review, only briefly. <br /> C. Buckingham noted that the regulatIons -require 75` from running ,rater. Members will <br /> take under advisement until next meeting. NoPf should call hi'm to see .if he wants to <br /> come in to next,meeting and stake out garage and line golng under garage and the septic <br /> field he is proosing. <br />
