Mr, Buckingham explained that <br /> a `letter3 had been sent to Cape Cod Survey, Attention Arlene Wilson, per Torn Coun- <br /> sel-', stating that without prejudice Mr. 8uckingham under lois signature and as the <br /> i Clerk of the Mahpee Board of Health, denied the plans as submitted on the pro- <br /> posed plan. It was further toil Ms. Wilson that the Board meetings acre open to <br /> the public and that participation is welcome, or ihd ed an appointment could be <br /> made. Re-submiss ion of plans should include the thirteen points covered in our <br /> Letter (eight by the County and additiondl five by our Board) . <br /> 9. Mr. Buckingham informed Board members that letter had been sent to all Town <br /> Department re: Blood Sugar Clinic on Aug 14th. Mr, Buckingham also told of his <br /> meeting with Dr. Ingo, School Doctor and lois feelings that he felt a letter should <br /> be sent to parents of school children after opening of School Year in September <br /> explaining the risk groups and asking for participation in program. He felt that <br /> a program could be worked out with [upper Cape visiting Nurses and the Contingency <br /> Fund at a cost of about seventy five (75.00) and the cooperation of Dr, Inge'. <br />
