Board of Health Minutes June 4, 1984 Meeting called to order at 30 P.M. Correction to minutes of May -30, 1984 meeting; Page 4, in regards to Clerks position, the word parody should be stricken and parity substituted. No further corrections motion made to accept minutes as printed. 1 . Letter from Braman Engineering re Meeting Hodge Pines Condos referred to file. . Letter from Wry,- Warwick, re waiver 721 Little Neck Lane. Waiver granted with 1 t r. to DBE. . Letter from Mrs. :. y Novack e: perc extension 1036 Rock Landing Rd. agreed to by Board for six months, seconded by Mr. Buckingham, to 1126/85. 4. Letter BCS to Appal s Board re: Proposed Cluster Community .Seabrook Shores, This is the Earle Mar tern development on Redbrook d./Monomoscoy Rds. Request from Barnstable Cty Hea.l.th i Dept, asking that our letterhead be used to Counter Commissioners for the services of Copnty Health Agents as Agents for i the Town Boa.rd. So voted. Letter seat on June 5, 1984 r . Letter from Stetson Hall regarding Boat House. Mr, Buckingham explained that a `letter3 had been sent to Cape Cod Survey, Attention Arlene Wilson, per Torn Coun- sel-', stating that without prejudice Mr. 8uckingham under lois signature and as the i Clerk of the Mahpee Board of Health, denied the plans as submitted on the pro- posed plan. It was further toil Ms. Wilson that the Board meetings acre open to the public and that participation is welcome, or ihd ed an appointment could be made. Re-submiss ion of plans should include the thirteen points covered in our Letter (eight by the County and additiondl five by our Board) . 9. Current statbs of 'I i-l1 property at 825 Meath Way discussed that Board is aware of 'progress" being made. Town Counsel agreed ee to thirty clays in which for work to begin. li. Mr. Buckingham informed Board members that letter had been sent to all Town Department re: Blood Sugar Clinic on Aug 14th. Mr, Buckingham also told of his meeting with Dr. Ingo, School Doctor and lois feelings that he felt a letter should be sent to parents of school children after opening of School Year in September explaining the risk groups and asking for participation in program. He felt that a program could be worked out with [upper Cape visiting Nurses and the Contingency Fund at a cost of about seventy five (75.00) and the cooperation of Dr, Inge'.
