Dau Hofstetter., principal of the water's Edge project also in attendance. f <br /> Miss Collins supplied the Board with informational packets, and stated that the <br /> reason for the presentation was to answer a request to supply data on the ground <br /> water elevations and ground water quality on the site, She suggested that Lt <br /> would take some time to absorb all the data and-,that her office would be glad <br /> to answer any questions that might come up and also would return t future <br /> meeting. She explained that Sections 3 & 4 contain the meat of the report. <br /> The veltls were put in over a long period of time beginning in 'ebraary with <br /> backhoe and even hand dug. The readings were taken four times a week apart in <br /> toothe oath o April, during n high ground water period. Ground water analysis were <br /> done by County Lab, Four m the upland area, one 1 in the bog and one 1. <br /> grab sample from btu.t Fond, Section four shows the approach that the <br /> developers hope to take. Mashpee vill have the highest density of the developm <br /> meat the remaining area is Beamstable and vil l be single family dveelling types. <br /> All, will be phased starting with the parcel in Mashpee as permits are issued. <br /> Collins* approach in analysis was to take total land arca because the same <br /> persons would be developing the entire project.. The l.a n area will be near 10% <br /> with the calculations they are using, perhaps nearer in the Mashpee area.. <br /> The bogs will continue to be wor3 d.
