<br /> to lire in Russia. With truth on my side, I knew we would win. Civil Engineers
<br /> confirmed that there was neither effluent nor ditch, and sent a, letter to her ad-
<br /> vising her of this."

<br /> On Ju1Y 5'Uh we received a -letter stating with the same repeated statement 'health
<br /> hazard, open ditch, effluent pouring onto adjacent land.. I contacted. the County
<br /> Beard of Health, the sanitarian, Mr. Reuf ld.er, made an inspection, this was on
<br /> Friday, July 6th. He found no evidence of poluti 6n,,,a health hazard, nor ars open
<br /> ditch. It was an accomplishment to get a Sanitarian ,in the same County to openly
<br /> disagree with Mrs. Anderson's statement.He reviewed the civil engineers pland and
<br /> found them acceptable and concluded that the additions requested by the Board were
<br /> for a multiple dwelling *`ate forwarded a copy of his findings to Mgrs. Anderson, *.she
<br /> b certified maid. the accusing letters to our Bank Rockland Credit

<br /> Union i=nediatdely sent an inspectors .A Mr. shearer, to thoroughly check the property.,
<br /> he did so' on Thursday, July 12th and his finai.ngs, he put it in a letter stating he
<br /> found no evidence of polution. The Board was willing of course to approach a, Court
<br /> of Law., get an eviction notice with knowingly false accusations and charges. As of
<br /> today,, as there has been since the middle ofOctober, there has been no problem
<br /> alluded t o, to which we were accused of so many times and for which our integrity
<br /> was called into q e stn.o .."
