<br /> happen to have resent here on several occasions, I happen to be here every
<br /> Thursday, when calls have been made. I vcn1d also indicate to you that your
<br /> neighbor, Mr. Stern has been calling the Executive Secretary of the Tcwn and in
<br /> sense requesting that something be done to cause the H t , enforce the health
<br /> Regulations because he happens to believe that not enough is bein done to enforce

<br /> County Health Department, relative to this problem* All because he felt that the
<br /> H of the Town of Mashpee was being too lenient in not enforcing the requirements
<br /> of Title V and a constant source of complaint was Mr. Stern, who alledged that
<br /> starting September 1983 the complaint was lodged,, that the BH required action to
<br /> be taken and that noth ing was done. by thi s B H '�o en.force the St at e Sanitary Code
<br /> and he has been complaining to everybody."
<br /> Mrs. O'Neill: "If you will excuse me,, he received a. copy of each letter that came
<br /> to us; saying in each letter that we were polut .ng, that there was effluence
<br /> standing on the ground, that it was pouring onto public property. if 1 were
<br /> living ng next door to a. home, I also would question it, but that was not happening,
<br /> Mr. DiMascio lives just as close to us as do the Sterns t and he had come over .to
<br /> our home and gone ,into that yard and his wife said, 'There are they getting thein
<br /> infor ation--that you are pol .ti.ng` " If 1 were Mr, Stern, if I were receiving
<br /> these letters From Mrs. Anderson, yes, I would be questioning it too and this is what
<br /> we're saying, this was not true information , -they were getting. They were getting
<br /> rattled because of the resi.diuume
