<br /> John S l avinskr appeared before the Board re: Weather Crescent/Dray Hol low.
<br /> He had designed a system with two foot septic (pre-cast, 12 Feet deep) well on
<br /> abutters line not placed according to plan therefore creating a problems. His
<br /> request is for a variance within ten feet of lot line. The Board decision was
<br /> to draw new plan with note requesting variance for en-croachment.
<br /> . Richard Shaughnessy appeared before the Board, as Chairman of the Libra
<br /> Building Committee,, The camnittee has received the deed to the land at the
<br /> `ire Police Culex. The plan pal r would go before the Tbwn Meeting next
<br /> May. Mr. Shaughnessy stated there would be three lavator .es, a kitchen with
<br /> stove, dishwasher,and refrigerator; these facilities to be used to serve coffee,
<br /> Dick also said the well would be part of the proposed complex well& BSD
<br /> GRMSE TRAP, INDMDUAL WltL TO Co THRCUai DEQE (to be used- by more
<br /> than 25 persons ,per day) Plans were left for review.
<br /> Board requested a marm to be sent to Selectmen re: proposed well at ccrnplex
<br /> this old cam mder DEDE regulations.
