<br /> RLw noted that he spent about two 2 hours on Friday 9/21/84 over in the
<br /> area of Pirates Cove, relative to the pollution of the Mashpee River and he felt
<br /> that pollution could be caning fry that area due to murky waters., CFB did not
<br /> feel acm rdingly.

<br /> 9. Letter fran DME re: Septage Lagoons noted, the Board would I Lke to be kept

<br /> 10. Charles Spohar kp eared before the Board re: re-location of wells for a po-
<br /> tential buyer of. Lot 5 , Plot 9 wampanag Ave., the Board temporarily approved
<br /> the plan but prior to issuing any letter they want certification by spohr that
<br /> Lot #43 will not be any hindrance to plan Bch was not designated.
<br /> 11. Thomas Devane, Jr., Manager of Quashnet Valley appeared to request exten-
<br /> sion of set .c permits for six lots, the Board issued extension iter .i2 months.
<br /> 12. Tim Hermigan appeared before Board with three lots, Meghan, 38 Birch Way,
<br /> Quilty, Elizabeth Island Rd. which were approved by Board. The third, Raimondi,,
<br /> Uncle Percy Rd,,,, which was not a stomped set of plans was discussed only, this
<br /> plan requires the ming of two abutting wells.
<br /> 13. Kevin Ki rrane, representing ebel-Shields, Beechwood Pont project came be-
<br /> fore the Board with subdivision plan showing amass road. It was explained to
