Brae, Braun Engineering: <br /> Kevin asked if the Board conclusion of wanting the septa `e treatment plant came <br /> about due to the Boards' letter that it hadn't received the conceptual report <br /> as romised• this had been delivered and. placed in f i e and sa eh w vanished) , <br /> , <br /> a new copy was brought to the office by Mr. Grogan .. <br /> mr. <br /> K r-rane after asking rt_this clarification turned it over to Mr. Grogan, who <br /> in turn requested that Bob Braman enlighten the Board -as to the installation o <br /> the individual septics until the capacity was attained for the tertiary plant. <br /> Be stated that .the cmeeptual report had been submitted to DEOE and he thought <br /> approval wul.d• roe from DQE, it was generally acceptable to DEQE that in a <br /> subdivision or project that they (DEQwould allow on site disposal until <br /> the cruota is" attained for treatment. <br /> Mr. Grogan stated that he had been to DEQE last week and they had reservations <br /> about individual wells that would have to be monitored., they requested a well <br /> field; he has met with Mr. Maher and would have anobhe ` meeting with Maher this <br /> eek relative to central well field. <br /> The hoard thanked ed rogan for the openess of � unication and expressed the de- <br /> sire on both sides to keep info current. <br /> None discussed the fact that Dick Shaughnessy had been in earlier in the day <br /> on the proposed Library plan, CFB will be in on Tuesday, 9/25/84, to send sane <br /> correspondence to'-that Carmittee relative to this 3oards' findings when they <br /> reeved Dick's presentation. <br /> *****Reference to Its 10. fir. spohr also presented a proposed p l .n to the <br /> Board for 40 Uncatena Rde for Dro Herman. Gerry Labute had installed flow <br /> di f usors on abuttors' property with a► variance franc this ]hoard and Spohr was <br /> requesting the sarne for fir.
