BOARD of HEAL'T'H MEETING 1 MINUTES 12/17/84 Meeting called to order at 6 :30 p.m. Attending: Charles H. Lawrence, bland L. Wilson, Charles F . Buckingham, Leonore C. Anderson. 1 . Warrants were signed. . Minutes of November 26 , 1984 and December 1 , 1984 meetings accepted. 3 . Two articles for February 11, 1985 Special Town Meeting approved unanimously. 4 . Results of Town Planner' s. survey was discussed and out n file. . Letter from DEQE, re: Burning of the old Town Fall was read and put on file . 6 , Letter from Mr, Haney, re : Lot 40 Great 'Neck load was read and discussed. It was the decision of the Board that Agent to sena a letter and toll Mr. -Haney that his request should go through the Planning Board, that we will keep his request on file, 7 . Letter from Mr. Hill, re: Mr. Dobbie' s well on his property on Wheeler Road was discussed. The Board asked Agent to sena letter to Mr. Dill and inform him that we would file his request in Mr. Dobbie ' s file. 8 . copy of letter to Mr. - Virgilio, re : The new Highway Barn was read, discussed and put on filo. . Letter from Saunders Asbestos Service was read and put on file. 10 . bequest for $3, 000 . 00 for Children Services at Pocass t, Inc. for ' 86 budget was put on hold' until budget was set up. 11 . Public Hearing notice on Deer crossing' s next section was read and pint on file. 12 . Memo from Executive Secretary, re: cape cod Paper Co. , Inc . was read And put on file . 13 . Memo from Bailus Walker, re: Children' s health was read and put on file. 14 . Demo from Agent, re: Upgrading Senior ;Clerk position to A. Principal clerk was discussed and voted unanimously to upgrade the position as of January 1 , 1985, as ther6 was monies in the account to cover this.
