The agenda of the scheduled regular meeting of 2/20/85 was reviewed, at <br /> that date there was an -informal meeting held, chaired by Mr. Buckingham, <br /> no quorum, due to the illness of Mr. Wilson who had fallen on ice, and, <br /> Mr. Lawrence was ill with the flu. DISCUSSION FOLLOWED. <br /> . Discussion re: inspection of New Seabury Inn, prior to its ' opening <br /> for the ensuing season. The inspection will be done by CounterSani- <br /> tarian, George Heufeider. (Note: the scheduled inspection was not <br /> done on 2/.27/85 due to Mr. Heufelder being called to Lakeville for a <br /> meeting), NOTED. , <br /> 4080 'The Board had requested that the Bd. Sec. question Town un el re: <br /> interviewing for the ?position of assistant to the Agent,- T ruled that <br /> this Board had that right- and also to set salary if money has been ap- <br /> propri.ated. OT,F . <br /> . Mr. Lawrence asked the other Board members to consider increasi.nq the <br /> number of members on this Board. TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT* <br /> 10 . Closing date on item #8 to be 3/18/85 , to be advertised in C. C. Times <br /> on Sunday 3/3 and Falmouth Enterprise on 3/1 . NOTE* - THE FALMOUTH EN- <br /> TERPRISE INSERTION TO BE 3 due to lateness of receiving Ad. <br /> 11 . Selectmen issued permit to Margarette Rydel to move a house from the <br /> Town of Barnstable to a lot on 109 Beechwood, however, septic permit <br /> has not been signed for nor pulled, the Board pants Rydel to be advised <br /> that this must be done or a stop order will be issued to the Police Dept., <br /> RYDEL,.SO ADVISED BY PHONE, PERMIT SUBSEQUENTLY ISSUED. <br /> 12 . Jill sl<aymaker, owner' of- Maushob Farms appeared with her, manager, Donna <br /> Newton, re : plans f to demolish barn which will be replaced, with a barn <br /> of same dimensions, to house 17 horses total horses at farm are. 3 ; <br /> At a later date -there will be an indoor rink built separately. There is <br /> a comfort station in a separate building. , Maneur will be kept out of <br /> habitable' areas', and will use wasp larvae to control flies from maneur.. <br /> The Board forsees no problem with these plans. <br />
