Lawrence, Charles F Buckingham <br /> absent: Roland L. Wilson <br /> 1 . warrants signed. <br /> 2 . Minutes of informal meeting c haired by CFB read. Motion CFB, second CHL <br /> 8 . Meeting called to order so that some discussion could be held re <br /> Inspectors position that Mrs. McCaffery had turned down. It was de- <br /> cided <br /> e-cided to request Miss Giorgio of Brewster to attend the next sched- <br /> uled meeting of April 17, to discuss the probability of- her accepting <br /> the position. Motion made by CFB, second CHL. <br /> 4 . Discussion held on Dump Contract, it is to be opened (bids) on the <br /> 29th of April * <br /> . Memo, BCHD , re: hours for accepting well water sa? ples. NOTED. <br /> . Pirate' s Cove Beach Assn letter, read into record by 1C.HL, the le- <br /> gality of this letter is questioned by CFB. Mr. Buckingham felt that <br /> the clause could be included into the covenants of each homeowners deed. <br /> 7 . Solid waste Review February 1985 . NOTED <br /> 8 . BCHD Health Agents Workshop 4/24/85. NOTED. <br /> ., Comm. of Mass. Dept of Food & Agriculture re : Pesticide Information <br /> Guidebook, accompanied by a qi4estionaire. The Board requests that the <br /> Agent fill out necessary questionaire. <br /> 10 . Mr. Buckingham stated that he had put together some information on <br /> Pesticides, thought he might have something in his desk on it <br /> ? -t <br /> 11 . ConLrn. of Mass. , Human Services re:. Lead Poisoning. NOTED. <br /> 12 . Invitation from Wean Thomas, to attend meeting 4/16/85 e : Conversation. <br /> r + A <br /> f ' <br /> 13 . On March 25, 1985 agenda there was mention of a letter from Larson of <br /> New Seabury Shopping Center, re : occupancy permits Mr. � u } ingba re- <br /> quested that it re-appear on -agenda 4/17/85 . <br /> t <br /> 14 . Request for percolation t�estmextension 29 Dry Hollow Rd. CFB would <br /> like to grant six months, CHL will go along with the 6 months. <br /> 15 . The Joint meeting Selectmen/Board of Health with Weston & Sampson, <br /> forrs. Thomas appeared after attending south Cape Beach meeting, Joan had <br /> requested to be excused to ' attend a dinner meeting with south Cape. The <br /> final report is to be submitted within two weeks. Fran Yanuicliewic <br /> suggested that once the state receives the documents the local Doliti- <br /> cians should be contacted.
