W. listen to the <br /> tapes if he can' t make it in, we understand he ' s home but he <br /> is not supposed to be leaving the house <br /> CHL: I would say within the next few weeks. <br /> SJD: The reason being, the preparation and whether I have it or I <br /> don' t- have it. <br /> CHL: we understand that we will give it enough lead time. <br /> CFB: we will get it over ,with as soon a's we can. <br /> CHL: In all fairness to Mr. Wilson who was here when the contract <br /> went out, I 'm really waiting for a full. board. <br /> SJD: I really don' t ]snow what' s going on, I got a letter that we <br /> would have a discussion and. . . <br /> CHL: We isut wanted to be cognizant of what type equipment you had <br /> is it meeting the specs . <br /> SJD: I also have back-up <br /> CHL: That' s what we want, a little more info on it. <br /> SJD: I 've go.t more than enough, if something breaks down you don' t <br /> have to worry about it going , in the shop for a gee <br /> CHL: Those are good things to know. <br /> cFB: It ' s tough to sit here and fare questions, usually it ' s one <br /> thing leads to another and we begin to pick uD more as it goes. <br /> CHL: The equipment is very prevalent and so is the manpower, we <br /> are asking for another mars in there <br /> cFB: Joe, ghat do think about paper cntrol <br /> .SJD: well, let ' s look at it this way, if you' have a roan down here <br /> all the time Baer control should be alright but -if they go <br /> for hours without being on the machine naturally there ' s <br /> doing to be paper blowing all over the place, .if you get the <br /> parer when it comes in it' s not doing to Flow all over the <br /> lace. - A certain amount is Going to get away, you ' re not <br /> going to get all of it. <br /> CHL: we 're not looking for miracles, Joe. <br /> SD: A portable snow fence that can b6 moved to certain areas to <br /> control it until ' that area is covered. and thea move it, a <br /> snow fence will hold ' it like a net. Even the least amount <br /> of sand will hold it down, in other words I think you reed <br /> a little more machine hours. <br /> CHL,: Do you feel that you can -oick up some of the problems . r 've <br /> been having there and that we 've had for um.m teen years <br /> SJD: You've clot to spell out the problems to me, I cion' t know the <br /> problems you've had, I just know the problems that hit the <br /> town, you've probably got 9000 of then <br /> Town counsel arrived at 6 : 43 paraq. <br /> CFI : We 've been discussing with mr., Di Fagg io the terms of the <br /> contractwill probably be, not being able to coo for funds <br /> until after the current fiscal year and that we will not <br /> be having a meeting until.
