Minutes of 9/30/85 meeting accepted as written, motion CFB, <br /> second CHL. <br /> Request of vacation day 10/15/85 for Clerk approved. <br /> . Request of compensatory and personal. days 10/11 , 10/15, 11/29 <br /> for Agent approved. <br /> 5 . Installer, Joseph Fontes, and owner of property at 307 Hooppole Rd. <br /> Paul Mayer appeared before Board re : installation .of system at. that <br /> address by Fontes, permit issued to- Norman A rotte, who had advised this <br /> office that he would not be installing the system. Fontes claimed that <br /> he had been employed by an, Eddie Blazer, who was given the contracting <br /> job by Mager; Fontes was under the impression that Blazer had pulled the <br /> permit. Mayer confirmed the Fontes story. CHL ASKED IF SYSTEM HAD BEEN <br /> INSPECTED IT HAD BEEN BY JOHN LAVINY DECISION of THE BOARD IS FOR <br /> A LETTER of REPRIMAND To BE SENT TO F NTES AND E� IS To PULL PERMIT AND <br /> PAY FEE, THEN THE OCCUPANCY PERMIT CAN BE SIGNED. <br /> . Earle Marsters requested time before the Board regarding the dis- <br /> crepancy in interpretation of the master plan of Seabrook Shores, he <br /> was advised by Mr. Lawrence that each lot that does not meet the re- <br /> quired distance of 1501 a variance request will be made. Marsters <br /> stated that they only wanted to do what was right, he was also ad- <br /> vised by members-of the office of the hassle that Michael Arth, lois <br /> employee had been giving this office. <br /> 7 . Acknowledement from Rep. Thous Cahir on vote of House Bill H2551 , <br /> re: witnessing of percolation tests within 30 day's . <br /> . Letter from Richard J. Shea, owner of land,and 'residence 50 Ships <br /> Rudder Dr. , and - abutting lot 51/87 now be-ing offered for sale as ad- <br /> vertised 'buildable ' . His letter states that his family - had a P s <br /> for purchase of the 51/87 lot and that upon a survey performed by a <br /> Christopher Costa from All Cape Survey, the lot was deemed unbuildable <br /> after the survey and discussions with a representative of DE E, Town <br /> of Mashpee zoning and -land use requirements "that a septic system an- <br /> not be legally constructed on that laot, therefore, a building permit <br /> is unattainable' . BOARD REQUESTS LETTER To SHEA ADVISING HIM THAT <br /> ANY PLANS WILL CERTAINLY AS IS OUR PRACTICE BE SCRUTINIZED, <br /> Letter from Holmes & McGrath re : installation - of septic system <br /> at 15 Valerie Cir. , installation made prior to foundation being in- <br /> stalled and system found to be only -81 from foundation below ground. <br /> Holmes & McGrath atates that if Board will grant variance they will <br /> issue an inspection card approving system so that Mr* Fitzgerald, ow- <br /> ner may be issued an occupancy permit.
