i TOWN OF MASHPEE BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING November , 1985 eeting called to order at p.m. Members present: Roland L. Wilson, Charles F. Buckingham Health Agent Leonore C. Louise Behrman reported on the meeting this date at DEQE attended by Falmouth and Mashpee officials. a. The State recommends that no permits should be issued in the moratorium area, water Could be injurious not only through ingestion, but through gapers into pores. b. The Board requested that Ms. Behrman request documentation from DEE. C . TLB made official request to the Board for opinion from Town Counsel on ' statute of limitations '- 3 . imitati n '_. Willard Hansen appeared before Board requesting information of the status of 51 Waterline Dr. , a memo had been sent to Building Department requesting ire-put as to the issuance of a septic permit for this lot, in that it had been perk tested after the publication of the moratorium in that area. HE WAS ADVISED THAT THE OIC HAD NOT COME BACK FROM BUILDING. Mr. Malloy appeared before the Board with request to have Water ser- vice from Lot 156 Whippoorwill Cir to 166 same road) he, his brother and their spouses own botli' lots . HF WAS ADVISED TO GET A DEEDED EASEMENT WITH A RAISED SEAL. • 5. Ernest Virgilio', DPW,. appeared before Board re: reconstruction of SeConsett Island Rd. his Concern was the probability of septic systems and wells in the road layout, and whose responsibility it was to have i thorn moved. IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT HE GET A RULING FROM TWT COUNSEL* . Invitation to Town Christmas party at Ma Gloo ner' s 12/6/85 NOTED . Memo from Selectmens Office re : coverage on holidays, Town Hall. to Close at moon on Dec, 24th. NOTED . Request from Judy dills to endorse a surrey by Commissioner Bickford of Ma hpe e Wa] eby through testing of the water and effects of boats on the Pond, BOARD AGREED TO SEND LETTER TO DIVISION OF FISHERIES, WILDLIFE. 9 . Announcement on meeting in Andover on Resource eC ery Facilities to be held 12/4/85 . CFB, NONIE - & JUDYTO ATTEND. 10 . Letter from M M Silbert owners of property Pimlico Pond Rd. , in support of the moratorium. 11 . Request from Jure D ley for permit to have hypodermic needle. CFB NOTED FOR AND LATER WITHDREW UNTIL MRS . DALEY ADVISES THIS BOARD WHAT DISPOSITION IS TO BE 'MADE OF CARCASSES OF CATS,, THEY ARE NOT TO BE DE- OSITED IN TOWN LANDFILL.
