Buckingham: THIS TAPE IS NOT To BE CONSIDERED A PART of <br /> THE OFFICIAL RECORD OF THIS MEETING. <br /> Warrant were signed. <br /> Charles Buckingham motion to accept minutes of December 1 th, <br /> 23rd and 30th, Charles H. Lawrence second December 16th and <br /> 30th, bland L.. Wilson second December 23rd. All accepted <br /> as written. <br /> Charles H. Lawrence motioned that all take home informational <br /> forum, Mashpee diddle School . All agreed. <br /> Charles H. Lawrence questioned why sub-committee sent memo to <br /> Board of Appeals. Nor.. Buckingham. explained that they had <br /> a} sed the Board a few weeks back if they- could and was told <br /> that it would be all right* <br /> Charles F. Buckingham suggested that material on second pollution <br /> problem be taken home to study. Miss Mrozek - NUS Corp. re : <br /> 4 9 groundwater & surface water was requesting well locations at <br /> Tri-Town Circle and Horseshoe Bend War and all of Briarwood. <br /> She would be in office Thursday morning* <br /> Letter to Paul Anderson, .E .Q.E. , 'from Mr . Vern Thomas re <br /> ashpee and Santuit river closings was read and put on file- 0 <br /> Copy of letter from BSC to - D.E. .E . re : Sea oaks condomonium <br /> water suppler was read and put on file. <br /> Hennigan report of the Lagoons was read and Board voted to <br /> send Mr. DiMag 'io, the contractor a letter informing him that <br /> all the paper and debris around the lagoons be cleaned up. <br /> We were to get in touch with Mr. Bonito and see if he was going <br /> to -clean out the lagoons, 'if not to get someone else to do <br /> the job. <br /> Letter from the Brianwood Association re Mr. Coffin lot on <br /> Sheeler road was read and the principal clerk was instructed <br /> to write to the Engineering firm for further information and <br /> the Agent was also instructed to check out the lot. <br /> r <br /> Letter from Town Counsel re : statue of limitations was read <br /> and the suggested letter sent to Cape Cod Planning for list <br /> 41 a of federal laws and Cates . <br /> 5 <br />
