* B o A R D of H E A L T H Meeting February 3 , 1986 meeting called to order at 6 :20 p.m. Members Present: Roland L. Wilson, Charles H, Lawrence, Charles F . Buckingham am Health Agent, Leonore Anderson Mr. Buckingham: THIS TAPE IS NOT RO BE CONSIDERED A PART OF THE OFFICIAL RECORD of THIS MEETING, , Minutes of meeting January 27, 1986 accepted as written, RLw motioned and second by CHL. Copy of letter from exec, sec, re: renewal of concession at south Cape Beach was read, Board stated that since we had no problems with them last year that they felt it would be accepted. Letter on file . Memo from Ernest Virgilio re : special Articles, this was discussed and the Board felt that they had no special articles to put in to Town meeting for this department which would entail the Highway department. Memo on file. Memo from the Exec. Sec . re: The Recreation Building, Board asked if Agent had taken water sample from Ms. Hinds, she stated that no one has been able to get a sample as the outside spigot has bee frozen up and that she would- not allow anyone in the douse. They asked if she could get a sample from the Lumber Co. , on Route 130 also. she stated that she would do so on this Wednesday. Memo from the Exec. Sec. re: Legal, Engineering and Consultants line item would be increased b $30, 000 , 00 Board felt that that was not enough of an increase* Demo from the Exec. Sec re : the Reao r es Directory was available in the Selectmens office, was read and is on file. Memo from the Exec. Sec. re : policy statement on Town Vehicle use was read and is on file , Notice of Public hearing on Lead Poisoning Prevention was read and. Board asked Agent if we have had any cases of Lead Poisoing She stated that we have not had any in the past two years . Notice is on file Letter from Susan Rask with Now CMR on Underground Storage Tanks was read and put on file . Revised plans for Tisit Property on Route 28 and property on 87 Cape Drive e were approved.
