No legal action has been taken by either the Board of <br /> Health we have been awaiting documentation from Town Counsel nor <br /> the Board of Selectmen. Mr. Murphy said he thought everyone was <br /> taking too passive an attitude and that something should have <br /> been taken care of five months ago . MEMO GIVEN To SELECTMAN BJT, <br /> REQUESTING THAT IMMEDIATE ACTION BE TAKEN BY SELECTMEN To INSTI- <br /> TUTE LEGAL SUIT AGAINST FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. <br /> On Thursday, March 13 , 1986 , CFB and Louise Behrman met with <br /> CCP&EDC and Gabrielle regarding the 'plume ' in Ashumet Pond, <br /> it was felt that an attorney with expertise in dealing with <br /> this particular problem should be engaged. <br /> Chris Burden, Scott McAsl it and Charles Jacobs representing New <br /> seabury further expansions appeared before the Board to clarify <br /> just what should be done .(Last week the Board requested that a <br /> letter should be seat to the Corporation informing therm that <br /> DEQE had previously advised thea, Sasaki and Burden, that plains <br /> for future expansion and condominium deeds should be submitted <br /> to DEQE) . They stated that they didn 't want to duplicate the <br /> submission of documents and granted clarification of where to <br /> start.
