FB: "I have nd idea,. "
Mr. Trask: "And individuals because of- contaminating their indi-
vidual. wells It is extrerel.y difficult to get copy of Mr. Trask,
from the position he was standing in the office
FB: "I would suggest that you attend the selectmen-s meeting and
ask Town counsel, at this stage of the game, I 'm really not con-
, cerned with that, I 'm just concerned with defining it.
Mr. Trask: " 'hat kind of time frame do you see us- getting town
water?"
Agent: My time frame, I 'd like to see it within five years,
CFB : "If, and the way I 've heard it expressed, at the WaiterAd-
visory meetings, from the consultants, .if we found a well field, to-.
j morrow, and we started work on it, and, everything went forward in
a perfect manner, it would- -in al-l- probability take three years to
bring that well into production to have it approved for construc-
tion, Where that. well would- be and where the need for water would
be in relation to it would either make .itu' icker or shorter in or-
der to get the pipes there and get -the monies to do it. "
Mr, Trask: "I 'm sure y'ou' e .discussed this, what are the -prospects
f getting this Highwood, or, raking some deal, whatever that means
with Highwood which is at the circle?"
Agent: "where do you thinly they are going to get the water?"
Mr, Trask: "I thought they had the water. 1'
CFB ; "'We are not aware of how much, o f a safe pumping factor- they
have., we have been looking for that ,information, it hasn't been passed
on to us. '
Agent; + They are servicing all of New seaburFy corporation, all. of
N. S . devel'opments with the exception of Sandalwood, they are bringing
the wat .r up .to service the rotary, the Police and Fire complex, I
believe that was a Ileal rade, if they could core Job' s Fishing Rd,
they would service the Police/Fire. They are talking they would .be
going down to service Pine Hill Estates, that' s the only agreement
they have, they - haven't signed an agreement with Windchirnes yet.
They have signed with the two parties on ockway Bay Rd, number 8110
those are the only parties they've signed with on Great Neck Road,
that we know about. They have' three well fields they are us-ing, when
they are through servicing -all of this area they are going to have
salt water intrusion, because they have no reservoir, +
Mr. Trask: "Where are the well fields?"
Agent: "Down in south cape. They here ' one in bock Landing, another-
in Highwood and the Last ori Great oak Road.`
FB: "That is something that has to go to DB E, 1T
Agent: "They have to go to the state to extend their charter. "
CFB : "To the DPU. "
Agent: "There' s no fast solution. "
Mr. Trask: "what does a well. field consist 'of, I always envision a
well field where there - are n buildings '
-Agent: "They have to have an area with 4001 radius protection. "
Mr. Trask: "These guys that are putting these things in by the side
of the road., what 'are they?"
Agent: "D. L, Maher?"
Mr. Trask: "on the side of the road I see a bunch of pipes sticking
up' ll
FB# "No, those. are monitoring wells. "
Mr. Trask.: "I 'm sorry. "
CFB: "Tho-se are monitoring wells for them. "
