Buckingham <br /> Member absent: Charles H. Lawrence (recuperating from surgery) <br /> 1 . Warrants signed <br /> . THIS TAPE IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED APART OF TE .MEETING, ITIS <br /> FOR THE USE OF THE CLERK IN TRANSPOSING MINUTES. <br /> . Mr. Buckingham moved -to conrattulate Mr. Wilson on his reelection <br /> to the Board'.of Health, e further stated that although a quorom is <br /> present, reorganization of the Board will not take place until the <br /> full Board is present, - hopefully Mr. Lawrence will return for the <br /> next meeting and reorganization will take place. <br /> 4 . Minutes ofMa r 7. 1986 meeting accepted a written. cFB LW <br /> . With reference to above minutes, the Agent discussed Item 22 , the <br /> lot at 20 Wheeler Rd.. , at a previous meeting an abutter, Mr. Langley <br /> stated that he had conversations and correspondence from Joel Hartley <br /> f DEQE; Mrs, Anderson had called Joel who said that Langley had <br /> called him in .early April and again the dad prior to the appearance <br /> before this Bd of slavinskr and abutters, In addition Falmouth By- <br /> Laws state that the height of Ashumet Pond is 37 feet and Mr. Hart- <br /> ley made' the statement that it could not be 44 as it would be up <br /> over the embankment. Mr. Buckingham had visited the site 5/13/86 <br /> and observed that the bushes on the beach would have been under -water <br /> at 44 ' , he further said that the septic appeared to be only about ' <br /> from footings that are in place, he questioned whether concrete wall <br /> suggested by DEQE wouldn 't further damage pond. <br /> FB moved to grant variance with following provisions <br /> Distance of 10 ' fromhouse foundation to septic . <br /> b. Reserve leaching to be placed in such a manner that 100 ' from <br /> well on left as you look at Pond. <br /> C, A concrete wall to be placed between pond and leaching pit in <br /> such a war to block .any, leachate to breakout. <br /> d. Request slavinsr to submit plan showing above variance <br /> granted and will be submitted to DEQE. Second RLW <br /> 6 . a <br /> Variance request for 67 Pinecrest, Ave. BOARD -WOULD NOT APPROVE <br /> UNTIL FORM DRAWN UP BY THIS OFFICE I ' SED. <br /> . Copy of ltr from comm of Mass on GEIR snow & Ice Control Program, <br /> UNCLEAR As TO WHAT IT IS, OBSERVATION OF BOARD IS TROT WHEN -THE COM- <br /> MITTEE Is FORMED WE MAY KNOW 'WHAT IT I . <br /> 8 . Copy of Groundwater Discharge Permit for Pine Hill Estates from <br /> DEQE. NOTED! <br /> 9 . Ltr. from Library Building Comm. , original plan designated room <br /> for 75 persons, size of room decreased to accomodate only 40 persons . <br /> cFB motioned to allow Library to go without grease trap, of appro- <br /> priate sign is displayed. Both fields to be activated with bull run <br /> valve. Second RLW. <br /> 10. Letter from Mrs. Dennis of Park Road, she has reason to believe <br /> that abutter, McIntosh has installed a leaching pit near her well. <br /> No permits issued . Agent to inspect. <br />
